Marie, Co-owner And Aaron's Wife

AMarie started work at a young age helping at her aunt’s daycare, helping raise her brothers, & spent time helping her uncle (whom was a plumber) with plumbing calls, where she started out riding along. She has also worked in the fast food industry (for years), has hotel/ housekeeping experience, and was in the healthcare field for a number of years as a personal care worker.

After a long journey, She started riding with her husband and Master Plumber Aaron Lueth on service calls and installations, gaining knowledge in pump installation, drain cleaning, plumbing, indoor air quality, and HVAC fields, which led her to completing her GED credential, obtaining a DNR Pump Installers Liscece, Plumber Learner License ( which she has held now for a few years), and now has begun her 2nd year in the plumbing apprenticeship program at Nicolet College in Rhinelander, Wi where She has now completed OSHA 30, welding classes, Heartsaver FA with CPR and AED, along with attending multiple continued education classes online, and in person specific to the trades, along with branching out her knowledge in other fields, and looks forward to classes starting back up this fall season in the plumbing apprenticeship program.

Aaron, The Owner, Is A Member Of The WI PHCC

Aaron Lueth is a 42 year old Wisconsin male business owner, master plumber, & HVAC technician, who graduated high school from the small town of Rib Lake, located in North Central Wisconsin, where his father & mother owned & operated a small laundromat. His Uncle (Doug Lueth) was a union plumber for August Winters and was a major influence in his decision to join the trades.

After graduating high school in 2003, Aaron began his journey, working for two of the older (if not the oldest) plumbing & HVAC shops in Wisconsin.

First, he worked under David Zimmerman at Kramer Plumbing and Heating in Medford, WI, which was established on October 27, 1903. The business originally started as a small sheet metal shop in 1901 before evolving into plumbing and heating in Medford and is also the second oldest Lennox dealer in the USA.

Second, he worked at Frasier's Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in Rhinelander, WI, under Phil Frasier. The company was founded by George Frasier in 1918 as a small local shop and has operated in the Rhinelander area for over a century, offering plumbing, heating, and cooling services.

"It was really neat listening to Phil Frasier tell me stories of him talking with his grandfather about Bob & Dorothy Kramer, whom I'd heard so many stories about when starting my journey with Mr. Zimmerman. It really resonated how much family and history tie throughout Wisconsin's HVAC and plumbing trades."

While taking the Wisconsin plumbing apprenticeship program at Mid-State Technical College in Marshfield under the guidance of his teacher, Erlyn Hanson, Aaron obtained his Master Plumber Restricted Service license and DNR Pump Installer license.

He also obtained his Universal Refrigerant Handling License for HVAC, Journeyman Plumber's License, Cross Connection Control Tester certification from UW–Madison, and eventually his Wisconsin Master Plumber's License.

Along with filling in temporarily on the Rhinelander Plumbing Apprenticeship Board for Lionel Kliss while he vacationed in Florida for the winter, Aaron has also served as a Sanitary District Commissioner, recording data at sewage treatment plants and shutting off delinquent customers.

He has also held a Septic Pumper's License through the DNR, POWTS Maintainer certification, Master Restricted Plumber Service with DSPS, Combustion Analyst certification from NCI, NATE (Core & Heating) credentials through NTC, and specialized water training several times from Water-Right in Appleton, WI, with John Degenoffe, Glen Gruett, and the entire Gruett family, along with many other specialized trainings through Zoom, online universities, vendors, manufacturers, government agencies including DSPS, WWWA, and of course the PHCC.

Aaron's wife, Maria Lueth, has a Pump Installer's License with the DNR and is currently enrolled in the plumbing apprenticeship program at the Rhinelander Technical College.

Both work in the field as a husband-and-wife team, doing all aspects of the business together.

With five beautiful children and as first-time grandparents to a beautiful granddaughter who arrived this spring, they enjoy spending their free time together as a family.

When Aaron is not plumbing, he is busy with music, playing drums.

With past experience as a drummer, DJ, karaoke host, and member of various bands, he has performed polka, rock, country, and metal music at Tomahawk's famous Fall Ride, Rhinelander's famous Hodag events, North Wood Stock, and many music festivals, street dances, and fairs.

Aaron also enjoys bird watching and outdoor activities including snowmobiling, fishing, and hunting.

"Looking forward to the opportunities with the PHCC to give back to our trades, help, grow, learn, appropriately protect and communicate with governments, build a strong culture for technicians, businesses, technical colleges, vendors, manufacturers, and the trades while protecting our nation's health, energy, and natural resources."

"I love what I do and NEVER stop learning. Your mindset is your own limitation as a health care professional, and we are all in this life together (like it or not). So be your own rockstar in whatever you do."
